CEO Talk Radio was launched during January of 2011 to provide practical and immediately implementable management tools to the world’s senior-most business leaders – including CEOs, Chief Operating Officers, CFOs, Chief Strategy Officers and business unit heads. Each episode explores management concepts and best practices most helpful in driving rapid and lasting business performance.
While CEO Talk Radio is produced primarily for business leaders of companies or large subsidiaries with total sales in excess of $100.0m dollars and total employees of 100 workers or more, the concepts and principles will prove useful to the leadership of companies of all sizes.
CEO Talk Radio is produced and hosted by Robert G. Barnwell, a clinical professor at a leading MBA program in New York City where he teaches two advanced courses on strategy change management and strategic corporate restructuring. He is also a regularly invited guest speaker at such universities and business schools as Harvard, London Business School, MIT, Stanford, and the Wharton School of Business. He is the author of the forthcoming book, “Lead, Follow or Get the Hell Out of the Way: Driving Rapid and Lasting Strategic Change” (Spring/Summer 2012), and has been quoted by, or has provided background information to, several business media outlets including Bloomberg News, CNBC, The Deal, Dealmaker Magazine, Euromoney, Financial Times, Investment Dealers Digest, Mergers & Acquisitions Journal and the Wall Street Journal.
On a limited basis, he works with the senior leadership of select companies to advise and co-manage their strategy execution and strategic change management programs. His industry experience includes: automotive & transportation, consumer products companies, industrial manufacturing, plastics and chemicals, pharmaceuticals & medical supplies, and several others.
